Aikido of Maine is simply 😊👍. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the instructors are skilled and passionate about Aikido. I have been training here for a few months now and it has been an incredible journey. Aikido not only helps me improve my physical fitness, but also teaches me valuable life lessons about patience, discipline, and harmony. I am grateful to be a part of this Aikido community.
