I recently bought a laptop from a well-known electronic company. The product itself is great and meets all my requirements. However, the customer service experience was not up to the mark. I had to wait for a long time on call and the representative was not very helpful. I would suggest improving the customer service at Ancken electronic to enhance the overall experience for the customers. Apart from that, the product quality is good and I am satisfied with my purchase.
