Awful company to work with. Employment verification is that last item on the list to complete my investigation. They only call once a day (usually around lunch time for my company) to seek verification and do not leave any messages with instructions to reach a particular person. I have to pull the "results" page from my background check in progress to get an update that says "No answer--will try again later". When I call the customer service line to contact someone to get the verification done, they will not put me on the phone with anyone that can answer questions about my investigation. They only make a note for them to return my call--which is usually the next day again.
