I recently visited a hospital in New Delhi and had an average experience overall. The staff was generally attentive and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, the waiting times were quite long, and there didn't seem to be an efficient system in place to manage patient flow. Additionally, the communication between different departments and staff members seemed to be lacking, leading to confusion and delays in receiving the required treatment. The pricing of services was also on the higher side compared to other hospitals in the area. Despite these drawbacks, the medical expertise provided by the doctors was commendable, and I felt confident in their ability to diagnose and treat my condition. Overall, an average experience, with room for improvement in certain areas.
