👍 I recently had an experience with Enginuity plm and I must say, it was average overall. 🤔 Their website was user-friendly and had all the necessary information. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. 😕 It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and their staff seemed a bit indifferent. 💁‍♀️ The products they offer are decent, but nothing exceptional. 💻 I expected more from a company in this field. On the positive side, their prices were competitive and delivery was prompt. 🚚 Overall, I would rate them as average. They have room for improvement in customer service and product quality. 😊
