BEWARE: the worst experience of my life. Don t be charmed by the owner. In addition to being grossly overpriced, it will take you months and months to get your job done. It took me over 12 months to have 2 bathrooms remodeled and a floor put in. They want money up front for supplies but then won t show up for weeks because they have spent your money on the previous job whose money they used for the job before that. My contract provided that they were to buy the flooring material. After 8 months I had to upfront the cost of the materials for the wood flooring because they didn t have money to pay for it. Instead of getting paid after completion of work, they will insist on getting paid beforehand and if you don t pay upfront, they just don t show up. In addition to having cracked bathroom tiles on the new bathroom floor which they will not replace, several items were taken from my house which they acknowledge but refuse to pay for. The 5 stars must have been put there by them because if you check, they have been sued numerous times. I was reluctant to even give them one star. The number of stars is negative 10.
