I recently used their services to help with my taxes and was not overly impressed. The website is easy to navigate and has some helpful resources, but the customer service was lacking. 🙁 I felt like I was just another number to them and they didn't really take the time to understand my specific situation. On the plus side, they were efficient in getting my taxes done, but the personal touch was missing. Overall, an average experience - nothing exceptional or terrible. I might look for a more personable option next time.
