I recently used this company's services and found the experience to be generally average. The customer service was responsive and helpful, but the overall process felt a bit impersonal. The information provided was sufficient, but it lacked a personal touch that would have made me feel more valued as a customer. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable and the installation process was efficient. However, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the energy sourcing and environmental impact of their services. Overall, I found the experience to be satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and environmental accountability. 👍
