I recently used the services of a software company based in Baroda and found their offerings to be average. The team seemed knowledgeable and helpful, but I felt that the execution and follow-up could have been more streamlined. The product they offered was decent, but I think there is definitely room for improvement in terms of user experience and customer support. Overall, the experience was okay, but it left me wanting more in terms of professionalism and efficiency. I would consider giving them another chance in the future if I see signs of improvement.
