I recently had the opportunity to work with OOCL and overall I would say it was a decent experience. The company was responsive and helpful throughout the process. However, there were a few minor issues that could have been handled better. The delivery of my shipment was delayed, causing some inconvenience. Despite this, the customer service team was quick to address my concerns and provided regular updates. I appreciate their efforts in resolving the issue and ensuring the delivery was eventually made. While there is room for improvement, I would consider using OOCL again in the future.
