I recently worked with a architecture firm to help design a new home. After some research, I found "Hord Architects" online and decided to reach out to them. While the initial communication was smooth and they seemed knowledgeable, the overall experience was just average. The designs were decent, but nothing truly stood out as unique or innovative. The project timeline also seemed to drag on longer than expected, causing some frustration. The final result was satisfactory, but there was nothing particularly exceptional about it. The customer service was friendly, but I didn't feel like my project received the attention to detail that I was hoping for. Overall, "Hord Architects" did an okay job, but I was left feeling like there was room for improvement.
