July 31 on August 1 booked an overnight stay due to a wedding. Crappy climate control. Just didn't work. Absolutely no fresh air in the room. Despite the freezer setting it only got hotter (25 degrees is no fun when you are getting ready for a wedding in a reasonably tight room) Bad mattresses. Skybar already closed at 0.30 instead of the promised 02.00. That would have been the conclusion for our group.) Very slow service at the bar in the breakfast room. Drink ordered upon entering breakfast, it was brought to breakfast upon completion. And no, it was definitely not busy. Breakfast supplement poor (number of products empty for a longer period of time: scrambled eggs, milk.)
