The evening of November 6, we wanted to eat at the restaurant at 6 p.m. What depicts our surprise in a very impersonal way was that the restaurant was full. It was clear that a few tables were reserved but that most of the tables were not reserved. We were faced with the choice whether to eat at 7:00 pm in the restaurant or eat directly in the bar. In the end we opted for the bar, full of praise for the bar staff. All in all we think the way we treat is definitely not worthy of De Valk.
