Excellent Crossfit box and gym! Very nice facilities (locker room, shower, lockers, etc), very knowledgable and friendly coaches, and a great two level gym setup. Only opened about a month ago, so plenty of space in the classes. Only dropped in, but have seen a lot of gyms/boxes and this one is awesome! They also use heart rate monitors and project the info on the wall during the class, which is cool and adds something extra to the workout.
