I expected a little more than what we got from descriptions on their website. Observatory isn't really worth checking out during the daytime as it is only looking at the sun through a solar filter which is just an orange ball. Less than spectacular. Was very busy on BOA free days and there wasn't enough supplies for all the kids to use. Many interactive displays were lacking in amount of pieces for people to use because they didn't have staff to take things apart for others to experience them. Couldn't find husbands bank card on our joint account but had mine as well as an online statement proving he was on the account but, they still made him pay full price as compared to free for BOA customers because he didn't have his card from the account. That seemed a bit extreme. I think they should have given us the discount with all the proof we provided as it was a joint account. As if its coming out of their pockets or something.
