Lacking leadership, problem-solving, and tell homeowners straight up lies, and then turn around and do something completely opposite from what they tell us. I have no trust in these people at all! Good luck trying to contact anyone if you need anything. If you report a problem and it involves one of them it will be swept under the rug quickly. They are only there to collect checks and nothing else!
