I had an average experience when purchasing a firearm from an online retailer. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. The product arrived in good condition, but it didn't exceed my expectations in terms of quality. While it's not a bad purchase, I was expecting more from Advanced American Arms. They have room for improvement in terms of customer service and product quality.
