Our sales (and finance) rep, James, and and Johnny, who gave us a primer on the safety features, were both accommodating and thorough. James was very knowledgeable and patiently explained our options in regards to financing and protection packages. Johnny ensured we had a good working knowledge of our new ES 350 before we drove off into the rain. Truly 5 star all around. I highly recommend Hendrick Lexus if you are contemplating a purchase.
