I had an overall average experience with Allianz Partners New Zealand. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was disappointed with their customer service as it took a long time for them to respond to my queries. Additionally, their claim process was quite tedious and time-consuming. I hope they can improve in these areas and provide better support to their customers.
