Really great company and service overall!!!!! I would have given a full 5 for the upholstery cleaning they did but the young men who did the work left a wet spot on our area rug that sits right on top of our hardwood floors. Could have hurt the floors if I hadn't noticed it right away after they left. Also still a few spots on our recliner that were maybe too tough to get out but I couldn't notice that until it dried and I probably had unrealistic expectations. Setting reasonable expectations before the work is probably a good idea. I would have totally understood if the worker had said "Ma'am - your husband should probably be covered in plastic when he sits here because some of his dirt is gonna be permanent." :-)
