I recently used the services of Dss Tour And Travel for my family vacation, and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was fairly smooth. However, the customer service could have been better. The agents were not very accommodating and seemed disinterested. Overall, it was an average experience.
