The experience with Erin Miller Designs was okay. The website could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness. However, they do have a decent collection of products. I purchased a home decor item from them, and while it was not exceptional, it served its purpose. The customer service was average as well. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to purchase from.
