😊 I have been running with Grupo de corrida espaço saúde for quite some time now and I must say, it has been an amazing experience. The coaches are very supportive and provide excellent guidance. The group runs are always fun and engaging. I have made some great friends through this running group. I love how they focus on overall fitness and not just running. Highly recommended! 😊
