Had to get my hair fixed yesterday by a different salon. Expressed via email(with pictures) and phone calls what a mess that was how the hair stylist colored my hair. They finally got back to me week later. The owner today debated with me if I or the stylist where telling the truth who called who when. Just because I asked for half of my money back.Half for gods sake. The principal of this is bs and I will make sure everyone knows about how I was told basically to bad she called u she made a NOTE she left a VM. Thank u for the service really I made a NOTE too the stylist is always right!!!!
