I had an average experience with Idb Brasil. The company website idbbrasil.com.br is easy to navigate and has a nice design. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They took a long time to respond to my inquiries and were not very helpful in resolving my issue. Overall, I would say that they have room for improvement.
