Working with Create (arts) ltd was a mixed experience for me. Their website createarts.org.uk is well-designed and showcases their work effectively. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were instances where my queries went unanswered or took a while to get a response. On the positive side, the quality of their work was good and they delivered the project on time. If they improve their communication, they can be a great choice.
