Bad experience especially with the ultra cooker electric cooker I have had it send countless times I always have to pay and they always forget to send me the cable and I have to call back and this last time it was the worst they sent me the pot without the part Inside I am honestly very upset I paid very expensive for all their products but the electric pot has not turned out good I also have a set of five-piece spatula and twice I have sent it to the company because the command is dropped and now it turns out It is already discontinued and they sent me one that does not fit with the game that I have and I am super upset that is why I made a purchase of about $ 8,000 and the truth is that next time I break the pot I will not send it anymore
