I recently used Bahrulmazi Travel and Tours for a trip to Kuala Lumpur and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth, but the overall service was just okay. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but not very enthusiastic. The accommodation was decent, but nothing special. Overall, it was a satisfactory trip.
