Sold us a sign with power supplies not compatible ...

Sold us a sign with power supplies not compatible for our climate. Sign has been down more than it's been working. If we wanted a working sign, we needed to purchase "better" power supplies that were more conducive to our climate. Poor customer service. Poor product, with the inability to make past wrongs, right.
