I had a mixed experience with Bitifi. While the platform itself is good, there were a few issues with the customer support. It took them a while to respond to my query, and the resolution was not as quick as I would have liked. However, once my problem was addressed, everything went smoothly. Overall, I would rate Bitifi as average.
