I had an average experience with Chappelwood Financial Services CORP. Their website financialdiva.com was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, their customer service could be improved. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, it was an okay experience.
