As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Kathy Day Public Relations (kd/pr) Virtual has been average in their services. The team is efficient, but there is room for improvement. I appreciate their prompt responses and attention to detail, but sometimes the communication could be better. Overall, an average experience with the company.
