Unbelievably bad customer service! I just needed a compaction test. They sent someone out to do it and told me I would have results next day. 5 days later now and I ve called them now 8 times, talked to 3 different people. Each person will tell me they ll get right on it and send it to me in just a few minutes. I still don t have the results.
