The service provided by Intergraphics is average. I found their website quite user-friendly, but the overall experience could be improved. The customer support was prompt in addressing my concerns, but the quality of the product was not up to my expectations. I expected better value for the price I paid. Although it was not a terrible experience, there is definitely room for improvement.
