As a customer of Kala Sangam, I have had a consistently average experience with their services. The staff is polite and helpful, but the overall quality of the work is just mediocre. I wouldn't say it's great, but it's not terrible either. The rates are reasonable, which is a plus. However, I have noticed that their website is not the most user-friendly. It could use some improvements in terms of navigation and design. Overall, I would give Kala Sangam an average rating.
