The license plates for my new vehicle were lost in the mail (good luck in the upcoming election folks !) I was anticipating a weeks long, agonizing experience with DMV getting this issue resolved - I heard the DMV hires people that were deemed too mean to work for Social Security !! My first call was to Motor Vehicle Software - listed as the sender when querying the USPS tracking number. Turns out it was the ONLY phone call I had to make ! Spoke with Leslie Sweet and I have to say she has the PERFECT last name to be involved in Customer Service ! The issue was resolved within moments with the most pleasant personality I have spoken to on the phone in ages ! in her words "we have your back and we will take care of this !" If she is typical of the employees at this business I predict much success for them.
