As a customer, I had a mixed experience with the Smart lighting company. While their customer service was prompt and helpful, the quality of their products was subpar. Some of the lights started malfunctioning within a few weeks. I had to go through the hassle of warranty claims. It's disappointing to see such issues with a brand that claims to offer premium smart lighting solutions.
