I have been swimming with Coast Guard Blue Dolphins for a few months now and it has been a great experience. The coaches are very supportive and provide good feedback. The team atmosphere is positive and encouraging. The training sessions are challenging but they have helped me improve my swimming technique. I am really happy to be a part of this swim team.
