The experience I had with All Access Austin was simply average. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. I was expecting more from a company that claims to be excellent in providing access to all things Austin. The rates were also a bit high compared to other similar services in the area. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but I was not overly impressed.
