I had a mixed experience with Kci of Georgia Inc. The website was easy to use and their pricing was reasonable. However, their customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, they were not very helpful. I hope they improve in this aspect as it could greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
