I had a somewhat average experience with The Labsquad - Maintenance Services. The technicians were competent and fixed the issues with my water heater. However, the scheduling process was a bit frustrating as it took longer than expected. The customer service could be improved in terms of response time. Overall, the service provided was adequate, but not exceptional.
