I had a very bad experience. When I checked in this lady with a bad accent told me about a 100$ gift card and a complementary breakfast but never did she say it was for them trying to sell you timeshares. Then she gave me a pamphlet in putoguese so I couldn't read what it was all about. So next morning I went to the breakfast and I guy sits next to me trying to sell me timeshares. I still didn't put the 2 together until I told the guy i got to go to the parks. Then they were trying to put me in a room to sell me timeshares. Then he said I had to give the gift cards back. So I went to the front desk to cancel the gift card. I talked to a manager and he took the pamphlet and said that they were wrong for not explaining better and giving me the info in a different language.And he took down my phone#. And that was 4 days ago and still haven't heard nothing back from them. So I will se what they say at check out. So if you stay in any resort don't take anything that they give you for free IS A SCHEME!!!!. Worst experience ever. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the place was clean ,the check in lady was nice,and the desk attendant that help me cancel the giftcard.
