I have been living in one of A&Z Residential Properties Inc.'s apartments for almost a year now. Overall, my experience has been positive. The apartment is spacious and the rent is reasonable. The management is responsive to maintenance requests. However, there have been a few minor issues with noise from neighbors. Despite that, I would still recommend A&Z Residential Properties Inc. to others.
