I had a mixed experience with GPL Realty. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The agents were not very responsive and it took a long time to get any information about available properties. However, once I found a property I was interested in, the transaction process went smoothly. Overall, I would rate GPL Realty as average.
