I recently used a media group for some marketing services without mentioning the company name. I was expecting better results considering the price I paid, but overall it was just average. The team was fine, but they struggled to deliver what was promised. I had to constantly follow up and remind them of the deadlines. Not a horrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
