The Brauhaus zu Coburg is a gem in the heart of Germany. The beer is fantastic, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend trying the traditional Bavarian dishes, especially the Schweinshaxe. It's crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. The brewery tour is also a must-do. You'll get to see the brewing process up close and learn about the history of the brewery. Overall, a great experience that I would definitely repeat.
