I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Flexible technology ltd's services for the past year. I must say, they are average. Although their website flextecinc.com is easy to navigate and their customer support is prompt, I feel that there is room for improvement. The pricing could be more competitive and the overall user experience could be smoother. However, I appreciate their dedication to constant improvement and their willingness to listen to customer feedback. I hope to see more positive changes in the future.
