I have mixed feelings about Joval. While the website is easy to use and the ordering process is convenient, I have had some issues with the customer service. There have been instances where my inquiries were not responded to promptly, and it took longer than expected to resolve certain issues. Additionally, the quality of some of the products I received was not up to my expectations. However, I have also had some positive experiences with Joval, and I believe they have the potential to improve their services.
