I have been a customer of The IDO Organisation for a while now, and I must say that their services are average. The website ido-ong.org is user-friendly, but the customer service could be improved. The response time is slow, and sometimes it feels like they don't value their customers. I hope they work on improving their communication skills and become more efficient.
