I have been a customer of Forum inc. for over a year now and I must say their service is average. The website lighting-forum.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there have been a few instances where my orders were delayed or got lost in transit. The customer support team is responsive and helpful in resolving these issues, but I would expect better reliability from a company of this size.
